Large Projects

Delano Designs is available for new construction and complete remodels. We can design your space and provide assistance in implementing the design, as well as with obtaining the materials and furnishings needed for your new home or workspace. Along the way we can show you 3D renderings of your future space to help you visualize the end result.  When everything is finished, we can happily specify the best materials, furnishings, art and accessories to bring your dreams to life.

Small Projects

Many people feel that a designer is only needed for new construction or for a complete overhaul of their space – or they think that hiring one is too expensive for most budgets. However, using a designer for a few hours and getting a fresh perspective can be very cost-effective and inexpensive. A new furniture arrangement and a few accessories, or a fresh coat of paint and a new window treatment, may be all you need to create a space you’ll love. We offer assistance with space planning, color selection, and finding the right materials and furnishings for your interiors. And when that special piece of furniture isn’t to be found, we will custom design furniture just for you.

Online Design

Perhaps you are out of the Eugene area or are unable to meet in person, don’t let that stop you!  We can also do online design.  We can do exteriors, so you can try out different paint colors and materials, just send us you plan and pictures if it’s already built and we can render it. This is also great if you are considering additions to your home. For interiors, send us pictures and measurements and we can design your space for you, and send you all the information on where to find the recommended materials and furnishings. These services can be particularly important for those who suffer from chemical sensitivities, or other disabilities that prevent them from easily meeting in person. We will focus on making your space not just beautiful, but also as healthy and as functional for you as possible.  By providing you with 3D renderings we help you visualize your proposed space.

Green Consulting

Maybe you don’t need any help with design, but do want to make your space green through our green consulting services.  Let our expertise help you choose the right green products and materials for your home or office.
